Welcome to the Swallow Shed website.

Swallow Shed is a shed, in my garden, where swallows nest every summer and where I create sculpture, pottery, paintings and fabrics.

I used to trade under the name “Swallow Sculpture Shed”, but having diversified, I thought a name change was in order.

I model terracotta clay to create a range of figures and I throw pots in white earthenware and stoneware. I have a small collection of paintings using acrylic paint and I have recently started making cushions using Harris Tweed.

I also offer wheel hire, kiln hire or even space hire (with or without tuition) for people who want a "Crafting Experience", or I can provide gift vouchers if required.

Please take a few minutes to have a look at examples of what I do below. If you would like to visit you can find out how to contact me or where I am here. If you would like to ask a question or send me feedback there is a form here. If you want to make a purchase you can visit my on-line shop here.
